"Through my work, I explore the topics of femininity and everything that experience brings, from gifts to trauma."
I was born in Split, in 2012 I graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb and the Art Academy in Split in 2019 (Film and Video).
Through the multimedia approach, I address the narratives of dreams, trauma and women, with an emphasis on poetics and aesthetics as the main means of expression. I work in the field of drawing, spatial installation, video, animation, poetry and film.
Through my work, I explore the topics of femininity and everything that experience brings, from gifts to trauma. By intuitively diving into the worlds of dreams and mythology, I draw symbolic depictions of the inner landscapes of women.
In the pop-up shop you will be able to find two of my graphics: “Hairmagic” (2021. - screen print, 50x70cm) created in a series of drawings inspired by hair and the magical powers hidden in it, and the graphic “Moon Atlantis” (2017. - digital print, 70x50cm) created in a series of digital collages that evoked oneiric aspects of the animal world.

18-20h Discomfort - Shadows Reading
The workshop “Discomfort - Shadows Reading” (in Croatian), will be organized online and it consists of two poetry writing workshops using experimental methods, and exploring discarded parts of personality and despised aspects of society. The duration of the workshop is 2 times during 2 hours, on Monday 9. 5. and Wednesday 11. 5. from 18 to 20h.
The price of the workshop is 150kn.The number of participants is not limited, and it is necessary to register by sending an e-mail to andrearesner@gmail.com with the note "Discomfort Workshop".
