In order to connect as much as possible with promising young professionals from Split, Croatia, and beyond, we offer the opportunity for internships but also volunteering.

Create your volunteering experience

Due to the very nature and dynamics of the creative hub and the range of areas in which you can get involved as a volunteer, we want to shape your volunteer profile together with you, based on your interests and skills to offer you the best possible experience.

Think of this process as one big salad you can make yourself. According to this principle, you choose the foundation, ie what you would like to contribute, the main ingredients - the topics that interest you the most, and the “extras”, ie some additional skills that you can offer.

In addition to the work experience in a creative environment, one of the reasons why we want to engage volunteers is establishing quality cooperation with young people who after a successful period of volunteering can become a part of the freelancer base and work in CHC on current and future projects. All our volunteers also become hub members collaborators. Read all about the advantages of membership here.

The basic qualities we look for in volunteers are:

  • Openness and curiosity

  • Motivation and proactivity

  • Good knowledge of English
